Anyone run into an issue where Netsuite is slow for one user? Tried clearing browser cache and used different browsers and their instance is slow. Even tried a different PC where another user didn't have issues, but the user in question still dose?

have them run the PET window (double click on the NetSuite logo) a few times in a few places at different times of the day. It's not a silver bullet, but it'll help you diagnose whether the issue is with their computer/browser (client) or their internet (network) or NetSuite (server) or your customizations (suitescript/workflow).

For that user it is ~20 seconds on the server and other users are getting ~1 second

I wouldn’t look at the actual numbers so much as the percentages. If the server is consistently at 70+% open a support case with NS support and give them all that data you’ve collected. And be relentless about it, b/c just like us, they have a real hard time tracking down performance issues, and would rather close the case easily if possible.

Thx, will collect the date with multiple users and open a ticket. It's 97% and it is for one user only. maybe they can just clear the cache on their side
