Hello. Our data center is US Ashburn 4. Some users are reporting issues accessing the log in page. Is anyone else experiencing issues getting into NS?

Yes, we cannot hit the login page either. However, users who were logged in are not having issues.

Seems to be our folks as well.  Those who are logged in... DON'T LOG OUT!

It works if you find an old netsuite link you have emailed and click on that, then you can get to the login page

This link is working for us. Just replace the ####s with your account number.

The Customer Login page is loading for us now.
