I have a question about why the CMS MERCHZONE is grayed out in the SMT edit tab Add panel that shows the CMS content types that you can add to a page. All of the content types are active, including the Legacy MERCHZONE, but the CMS MERCHZONE content type is grayed out. How do you activate it? I checked the “Custom Content Types” menu under the gear icon, and it is active. This is a brand new SCS website using the latest Commerce Threads theme and the latest version of the SMT Content Types bundle 1.0.6. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you installed the core content type bundles and activated it in the extension manager?

@Steve Goldberg, Hi Steve. I installed the bundle, but I didn’t activate any extensions. I don’t recall ever activating an extension related the SMT core content types. I just reviewed the Site Management Tools NetSuite Help pages, and I couldn’t find anything related to enabling / activating an extension. I have the SMT Core Content Types bundle, ID 190323, version 1.0.6 installed. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Hmm, I think you’re right - we don’t explicitly say to activate that extension

I are you talking about the CXEtensibility extension? I have seen that in accounts, but I have never activated it because I not seen it mentioned in the documentation and the Vendor Name is not SuiteCommerce or NetSuite.
