Yes as long as you were able to get all the data in your saved search.. Then use it on your script to consolidate every data

Thank you Tyn for relying. Does it mean we have to use script to export the data with that template? And it is impossible to display that structure in the Report in NetSuite, am I correct? Here is the customized report in NetSuite which is added the Department in a column and I want to customize this report to display the departments across columns.

reports cannot be modified in this manner without the script. but you can create saved search as Tyn Guardian mentioned. you can also use analytics to build it, probably even better than saved search.
