I was told that "maybe" efixes are only released to customers that have reported the same problem that the efix fixes, this leaves all other accounts without the fix. Does anyone know if that's true?

NetSuite is a multi-tenant system. It means if an e-fix is correcting a bug in general or and ER is pushed ,it is pushed to all acounts.
