Does anyone know how to handle store credits and exhanges of items from Shopify in NS? Ideally when using Celigo

Its garbage. Shopify flipped their system upside down a few years ago. Exchanges used to create another order, which was manageable. It no longer is.

We made exchanges illegal. If you need to exchange, refund to a gift card, and then create a new order using the gift card.
