Has anyone gone from a single subsidiary to multiple before? We currently run all of our business through a single subsidiary that the implementation team setup for us... but we are wanting to start a new company for a side business which we plan to file separate taxes for. I'm just beginning to read the documentation, but I'm curious if anyone has any advice/gotchas to be aware of when doing this.
