That app will need to guess when NetSuite dom objects id change and dynamically use the new id, will also need to be cross-browser compatible with 5-6 browsers and to finish will also need to avoid NetSuite taking the possible decision of parsing inline HTML fields to not allow scripts tags... which is a very common practice to avoid XSS or other risky things.
