Hi Everyone - I am trying to have a clear out of my saved CSV import templates and clear the ones that are no longer used. Is there a way I can pull data showing when they were last used? I don't seem to be able to even edit the list in the UI. Any ideas? Thanks!

Not aware of a way but maybe you have to fall back on the csv import status page and look through it.

This is what I was also thinking, but NS refreshes this page every month, so I cqan only see templates used in the last 30 days. Do you know if there is anyway to see all time?

If everyone keeps their csv import notifications, you could export them from Outlook and check the map names - Not a quick task.

If you want to go down the email notifications path, you can check the sent email logs in NetSuite for subject line starting with "NetSuite CSV Import". They go back 100 days.

@michoel thats a good idea! I've managed to pull a list of which ones have been used recently. Do you know how I would go about pulling off a list of all the CSV saved imports we have in the system?
