Hi Everyone - I am trying to have a clear out of my saved CSV import templates and clear the ones that are no longer used. Is there a way I can pull data showing when they were last used? I don't seem to be able to even edit the list in the UI. Any ideas? Thanks!

What I've done in the past is run a system notes saved search and see what records are being created/edited via csv context and by whom. Then go check with those people about what import templates they're using and whether others can be cleared out. The more simple, but slower, solution involves pulling access, waiting 1 year, and then removing all the ones no one screamed about. 😆 My understanding is that you can really only see the last time a template was modified, and there isn't a way to see when a particular template was last run, but if anyone else knows better, I'm all ears.

OKay, I have had a suggestion on a different thread of a better idea. Using the Sent email list, via, Setup>company>communications>Sent Email List. This shows 100 days, which is better than the 30 I am getting on the saved CSV upload page, and this is also downloadable. I filtered by "CSV Upload" as this gives the name of upload used, which I have counted via a pivot. I'm a bit stumped on how to compare this to my full list of all CSV uploads created though, as I can't find a way to export this list. Any ideas?
