Hey folks, I've been a Netsuite user for a while but haven't had many professional opportunities to delve into the coding / backend side of NS development. I have some experience with OO languages like C++ so I should pick it up Javascript a bit quicker than perhaps someone who's never seen a line of code before. Can any 'throw' any 'pointers' on where to get started (besides just codeacademy) haha

If you have experience with languages like C++ I recommend learning TypeScript. I use it for all my NetSuite development and would loathe going back to plain javascript.
