Looking for some thoughts on setting up subsidiary structure.  NetSuite articels show that the elimnation subsidiary can be setup as a child of the parent subsidiary just like the child operating subsidiaries.  However, I've seen it where there is a Parent subsidiary, then the Elimination subsidiary under that, then the operating subsidiarys as children of the elimination subsidiary.  Is this a better setup?  Or maybe required for some reason?  Thanks

normally the elimination subsidiary should be at the same level as the child subsidiaries

Where would the elimination subsidiary and consolidate subsidiary go?

Company B  -Company C  - Elimination Level 2
