Hello -I'm trying to install bundles & Suiteapps for a new NS instance and I keep getting this Validation Failure. This has never happened to me before and I'm not sure why its happening or how to fix it. The custom roles that the error is referencing don't even exist in the system. Any assistance is appreciated.

I have had that show up as well, it turned out the roles where marked inactive, I had to "show inactive" and then uncheck the box, then the install worked. Then marked the roles inactive again.

Thanks for the reply. I looked into that already to see if that was the issue. Turns out, those roles don't even exist in the system! I'm thinking this bundles is the one that actually installs those roles but it keeps giving me the error.

Not sure what else to try then. You might have to reach out to NetSuite Support.

Update -It was my fault. I accidentally skipped installing the Dashboard Tiles bundle which is sequence #5 on the bundle deployment guide. Once I installed that, the Financials First suiteapp installed perfectly. 🤦‍♂️
