Hey everyone, having a weird issue where our theme goes all wonky once you sign into SCA. The only errors I'm getting is this one, but even if I remove the CMS content it just moves to the next id up
{
"errors": [
{
"message": "Content on this page is missing crucial information. This can happen if you manually edit or delete content records in NetSuite. To correct the problem, in NetSuite, delete the CMS content record with ID 179 and use Site Management Tools to add the content back to the site."
}
]
}
I've also attached an image of how the website is reverting to showing a default image. I think the issue is that for some reason as soon as you sign in none of the CMS content is loading

We're also having this exact same issue. Any help would be appreciated!

we are also getting this issue, we tried to delete it and add it back via CMS and it still does not work, we are instructing to create a support ticket

NetSuite informed me multiple customers are filing cases for this, it's highest priority, and it's currently being worked on

@Mitchell Mudd I'm having the same issue. It looks like it has something to do with permissions for built-in CMS records that hold the content. On my Administrator role, I'm able to use the CMS as normal and access the records for things like CMS_TEXT, CMS_HTML, CMS_IMAGE, etc, but in another role I'm not. If you have access to another role, switching to that role should help.

Yeah I just got off the phone with NetSuite and we added those CMS permissions to the custom role and fixed it 🙂

These are the permissions that need to be added:

Yes, I can confirm you need to add view permissions to any custom role that needs to see the content (customer, admin, web store manager, etc). I'm trying to find out why there wasn't clear communication about this.

since when has this been a requirement? We never had to do that before

Standard security review. One of the things the team is trying to do is reduce the reliance on "No Permissions Required" throughout the Suite. Other non-commerce components were changed too

Makes sense

Thanks Steve. We are having this issue in all accounts....
And to be clear - seeing this on the customer side - once they are logged in content goes away. So, seems we need to add permissions to the shopping roles as well?

Yes, every role that needs to interact with the content
