Is anyone aware of a 3PL shipping platform that integrates with Netsuite item fulfillments (pick-pack-ship) that can handle decimal-quantities? We sell a product that comes in non-discrete units and our current (Shipstation) cannot handle things like quantity = 4.2, leading to many fulfillment errors

I assume you mean a shipping platform and not a 3PL?

I guess so? Our implementation partner kept calling shipstation a 3PL 🤷

Third-Party Logistics. Essentially the outsourcing of your warehouse/shipping operations to another company. You should check out NetSuites own Ship Central. It is free if you have the advanced inventory bundle. (Minus the user licenses). I don’t typically recommend it, but it should handle fractional quantities. Big down falls are in order to ship, you must have a packed item fulfillment, and it must be packed through the Ship Central platform. ShipHawk handles fractional quantities as well.

Thanks, I'll have to look into ShipCentral more. We are located in Canada - I am not sure if ShipCentral is available to us here. We also have a complicated item packing process that we've had to build out customizations for, so the packing process would have to be compatible. Do you know if ShipHawk is available to add through FarApp/Netsuite Connector?

ShipHawk natively connects with their own integration to NS.
