I'm looking to drink a beer and talk with someone to get advice on which path to continue within the NetSuite ecosystem. I have spent almost a year in NetSuite (very low pay to get experience) and have an Admin cert. I keep hearing the market is soft, but I haven't met a recruiter with any of the big names or been given a chance with a handle full of companies I've interviewed with because I don't have three years of experience yet. I need help deciding what roles to focus on. I like the idea of managed services to get diverse exposure or admin roles, but I also have account management and sales experience that I believe would help in a consulting role.

I plan on diving deeper into that in the future. I know I would be even more frustrated than I am currently if I invested the time into teaching myself that side and ran into the experience roadblock again. I have zero past coding/development jobs.
