Does anyone have good documentation on what is required and the process to set up a customer with access to our website (Not Customer Center or Partner Center) We have a customer who can not get the reset password link to work for them, so our CS team is trying to reset their password. But after we do that, we get this error. We are not sure what we are missing

• Has the customer had the Give Access checkbox ticked for them on their record? • Does their customer record have an appropriate user role assigned to them?

Found the issue, the customers account was marked as inactive, as we noticed the Give Access was unchecked after saving the customer record.
