Anyone using Smart Count and having issues with Smart Count Review screen not loading, just sits and spins. There was an update recently so I am thinking something broke. I have tried multiple roles, even the Smart Count Roles but the screen never loads for any of them? How did you resolve this?

Yes, we had this problem after the most recent upgrade. NetSuite told us we needed to turn on serialized inventory and lot tracking. We did that, and it's working now.

That is dumb, we do not use those features, have you seen any issues with inventory after turning those features on?

Agreed, dumb. We tested in Sandbox first and had no issues. We turned them on in Production this morning, and no issues reported over a full day of work.

Tried turning those features on in our SBX and Smart Count Preview continues to not load, even using the Smart Count roles. Guess I have to reach out to NetSuite, was hoping to avoid that.

Good luck! Apparently they added those settings to the prerequisites, not the release notes. But as to why they didn't fix your same issue, I'm not sure!
