Is there a way I can close a years Accounting Period at once or do I have to manually go through the checklist for each?

You close each period, one at a time completing each periods closing checklist.

a lot of NS customers moved up from quickbooks. not sure the percentage. some never do closing at all.

you can quickly close an accounting period if they are old financial years for which there is nothing https://blog.prolecto.com/2016/10/25/quickly-close-your-netsuite-books/ but in fact if these are periods on which you have posted, it is more rigorous to Close step by step

Yeah this was the case here as well. Acquired a new customer and since 2021 the books have been open. I was hoping there was a faster way to close everything at once as closing one by one will take some time
