Hi, I want to use my 'custom record' fields in the Email Template

Does anyone know why my custom record is not showing in the dropdown? SuiteAnswers id: 75190 gives a solution, but it doesn't work. Not sure what I'm missing.

It’s been filed under enhancement request #247333 Title: Email Template &gt; Text Editor &gt; Insert Field: The ability to have Joint Fields in order to insert fields coming from sub-record like custom record types.
