Hello team, does anyone have a formula or way to pull the discount amount on a transaction saved search if the discount was applied at the payment record level?

Your transaction saved search is based on invoice ? And you want to see the discount applied at the payment record ?

Change criteria and base the saved search on customer payment to see the discount amount Use applied to transaction… in result to see all invoice informations

I cant change the criteria is the thing i need it to be cash sale and invoices

Use criteria applied to transaction …type = cash sale and invoices And criteria : type = payment

However, that would then add payments as well and that is not what we want to see

So add another criteria like discount is not null or something like this if you do this you will only see payments having a discount and being applied to invoices/cash sales. The discount is indicated at what level on the payment? in header or on line? you can visualize the field? (or otherwise use Netsuite field explorer and see how to flag this field by retrieving the id)
