Hi All Can anyone suggest that what would be the item when migrating inventory for books? I have mapped item with Title of the book but after migrating I got error like invalid reference key. Out of the following fields which field I have to map to Item in item group-members Reporting group name Title of book ISBN Category I have tried all the ways when I mapped the above fields with item in item group, I got same error invalid reference key

When importing you can reference Items by Item/Name Number, Internal ID or External ID. Look at your item records. If you have Item Name/Number and Display Name filled out you need to use both together. ie. If Item name = 12345 Display Name = Book A Then you would import "12345 Book A".
