hey everyone, maybe an easy question but it's out of my current wheelhouse as I think they say. If this would be better in #C29GDT351 or #C29HR0BFG please let me know. Anyway, I am trying to determine if our SuiteCloud Plus License could be downgraded or not. We're only at around 10 to 15% of our processor utilization, over a wide range of dates. Looking at the SuiteCloud Processors Monitor, what I do not see is anything from our SCA Web Store. Is that not included here (maybe a dumb question, I don't know)? All I see is Avalara scripts, Celigo scripts, custom scripts we've written (but no SCA services), etc. We're are in the early process of moving our e-comm front end off of SCA to Adobe Commerce/Magento. For that, we'll either utilize Celigo and/or a custom API. How would that affect our SuiteCloud Plus? Or will it? Is there a good resource you can point me to to educate myself on this (other than documentation, which I am just kind of beginning to dig through.) I think we could downgrade based on what I see so far, but am worried about how the soon-to-be, new web store could affect things. Hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance!!! 😅🫠 (edit: perhaps another way to ask or more specific question would be: how would we get any idea of the increase in processing for a non-SCA web store that is using Celigo and a custom API?) (edit 2: or is concurrency the bigger concern here? 😬🥴 )

probably better in #C29HR0BFG but ultimately it will depend upon how much activity there is in your current web store which would convert to external interactions with netsuite.
both processing capacity and concurrency needs are going to depend directly on the traffic your existing site sees.

thank you. I will cross post in SCA and ask how we can get an idea of how we can measure that

Like Shawn said, it really depends on the volume. For Celigo, the main use of concurrency for a web store will be the order imports, fulfillment updates, item updates, and inventory updates. Depends how frequently you have those run and how many records need to be imported at once.
