Hi All, Has anyone had issues trying to setup Truist for the automatic bank feed? We spoke to a Truist rep who said the authenticator app should only be for direct website access and hungup. I don’t know what to do as others have said it’s possible to set up. Also we tried bofa but their tech said it’s not ‘compatible’ which seems crazy --- Update did some research and I’m posting it here for all to discuss *MFA Accounts are INSANE to try and connect. They either won’t connect to begin with or disconnect after so many transactions are uploaded. *Working with the Bank Tech support is pointless. They just pass this off as ‘they don’t connect with something like this’ and move on. *The bank feed application from NS seems to be flawed beyond repair since most banks now believe in 2FA MFA to secure your account. You almost need to tell the bank to lessen the MFA so that it can connect which seems WILD Any one have a positive experience or tips when talking to bank tech support?

Heck no it's not easy... I have yet to talk to anyone who has been successful in setting up bank feeds.... I just download the transactions upload them in a template and upload to the match bank data and it auto matches... take about 5 minutes for all 7 bank accounts.
