Does anyone know how long the NS OpenAir Connector will sync a record without a change to the underlying record? We added a non-stored text field to a sales order that sources the name from a custom record. This name syncs with OpenAir and at first appeared to be work great. The name was properly updating in OA after running the connector for 20 minutes after the original sync, but eventually it appears to stop. My guess is that the integration eventually cuts off records to sync if their last modified date is after a certain time. So the only way to get the record to sync again is if we edit/save the sales order (which is what we were trying to avoid) EDIT: I believe I figured it out. Once you sync a new record, it stops looking at the previous records and then will only sync them when the last modified date has changed.
