Is there a way to show the amount paid on a Purchase Order record? User would like to see it in the same way an invoiced might display amount due.

not out of the box. You would need to create a custom field and potentially use that field to pull into the PDF print out if you wanted to get the amount paid on the PO vs amount remaining vs total of the PO
