There is now a temporary setting in NetSuite called Use Dart Sass Compiler that is available in Setup > Company > Preferences > General Preferences. This will allow you to change the compiler library used in the extension manager from JSass to Dart to give you another way to test whether your extensions and themes are compatible with Dart ahead of the switchover in 24.1 (scheduled for April 2024).
