Hello Everyone, I have a NSAW question. We recently had an employee leave the company who had created some workbooks in NSAW, but never put them in a location that everyone can see. When we removed that persons access, we lost access to those workbooks. We can see them in the Content screen and we can set the ownership to a different person, but even after doing that, we still can not see the workbooks. Is there anyway we can recover those workbooks?

Can you restore access, log in to that user yourself, and then share the workbooks as if you were the removed user?

We have not tried that, we thought that if we restored the user, it would create a new account, but we can give it a try.

We semi-regularly add and remove access from some users. It doesn't usually cause us any issues but obviously YMMV

Thank you @virtualEncoreTremor, resetting up the employee's access and logging in as that employee allowed me to transfer the workbooks to another employee.
