I am looking into ACH Payments at checkout for our SuiteCommerce website, and it seems like native NS only has the ability for ACH payments on invoices, and not at time of checkout for sales orders. Are there popular alternatives to allow ACH payments at checkout? I know external checkout methods are available, but not sure on what a starting point for using those or if I need a different payment processor (using Adyen currently)

Under the limitations, it states ACH Payments is only available for invoice payments and not the standard checkout flows/sales orders initiated from quotes. The User Experience page under that section also states similar info, only describing that the customer can add/edit/remove ACH info, and can make a payment on an invoice. Are there different settings to having it set up for the regular checkout flow?

Then maybe I'm just misunderstanding how to apply ACH payments for sales orders in the regular checkout flow? We have ACH payments set up as according to that doc, and have been taking them successfully on invoices. I would like for when a customer goes to My Cart>Checkout, to have the option to pay with ACH there as well. This option does not show on our end currently.

Yes, cart to checkout should be supported, but anything involving quote to checkout isn’t. If it’s not showing for cart to checkout flows, then I’m not sure why that would be (off the top of my head)

Yes, our Adyen payment processing profile is active and associated with the website. At regular checkout, it takes credit/debit cards, and shows the invoice option. At invoice payment, it shows Credit/Debit Card and ACH.

Is Enable ACH Payments ticked on the config record?

Yes - I have Enable ACH Payments on Config>Payment Instrument ACH checked, and both of the other options checked on Config>Checkout.

What theme are you using? do you have one provided by SuiteCommerce? or do you have your own customized theme? If so, make sure your theme contains the necessary templates, you can find them in the Theme version 2023.1 and newer. You probably has a theme with and old version that did not contain those ones.
