has anyone dealt with issues on scripting case creation? we're having a bug where an aftersubmit works perfectly in sandbox for email-captured case creation, but in production it fails to execute (no logs or anything) upon create when it can't auto-match a customer by email (but it does log upon create when the incoming email was successfully matched to a customer). The deployment, script record, etc are all identical between environments. NS support wasn't sure what was causing it - curious if anyone has seen anything like this with cases specifically or just in general some kind of system bug varying between environments?
