@fkrauthan I did not know what @creece mention, you can create a custom field on bills to flag the ones you already sent out, then you can do a search on ALL the bills you did not sent out yet... if you use:

search.run().getRange({start: startIndex,end: endIndex});

you should be able to get as many results as your search have, not sure if that have a limit.
