So is there any way to modify what a Standard Action button does, we created a custom BOM Layout, and it is set to preferred, but when I go to test it and Click the Print BOM button on the Work Order Screen, it still prints the Standard BOM Layout. Most transaction forms have a place you can select what pdf template prints, but the Work Order form does not. If I can not edit the Standard Action button, how can I get it so our warehouse team can print the Custom BOM Layout?

I tested it and it worked, if I understand your use case.

Custom BOM Adv. PDF
Change button behavior to target Adv. PDF
Button targets new Adv. PDF when BOM transaction form uses correct ADv. PDF

Thanks, will take a look, that project was put on hold for now at work, but it will come up again.
