An item was setup with an incorrect account yesterday. It sold today. I changed the account on the item. Resaved the cash sale (to update the account). I deleted the revenue plan and the revenue arrangement. When the new revenue arrangement is created.... it is still tied to the old accounts. It seems like the Revenue Element is never deleted and gets re-used with the old accounts? Am I doing anything out of order here?

On cash sale you need to select another item and reselect the good item ( if you have multiple line you need to do that for every line )

Had to duplicate the line and remove the old line. Is that what you were getting at?

You can do that or just change the item on the line and reselect the good item ( temporarily change the item)
