No action is required and you will receive the update when your NetSuite version is updated. Starting in February 2024, Gmail requires that bulk senders include the ability for recipients to unsubscribe in one click. Updates have been made to email marketing campaigns and Mail Merge emails to comply with these new Gmail requirements. These updates were done to ensure that emails generated through NetSuite email marketing campaigns and Mail Merge are not blocked from Gmail accounts.
You do not need to take any action to update your emails. With these automatic updates, you can continue using email marketing campaigns and Mail Merge in the same way with no changes.
