Hi all, I'm unable to login to NS from my main PC. I always get:
Your session has timed out. Please log in again.
It works fine from my phone and laptop on the same network. I've tried cable and wifi. I've also tried Windows Sandbox and a VM Ubuntu machine and of course different browsers - also same issue. Don't have an issue with anything else. Just NetSuite. To me it seems like it's a time issue where NS thinks I've already been logged in for 60 minutes when I'm just now connecting. However my Windows time and region are correct and same is the BIOS time. Anyone any idea, please?

Have you tried to clean the cache and cookie ? ,

of course

try incognito
m
no, doesn't work - nothing above

@Martin Horacek have you resolved the session timeout issue? I have been encountering the same problem with one of my NetSuite logins.

@Keith Fetterman after tens of hours I finally decided to raise a NetSuite case. They acknowledged this as a bug, however fortunately gave me a workaround. Try accessing NS through an account specific URL, e.g. 1234567.app.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp 1234567.app.netsuite.com

server side bug preventing an unknown computer (incognito, sandbox) and only this one computer to login. technically it doesn't make sense. no solution but they have a workaround, they know something we don't.

@Martin Horacek, thank you so much for responding. I confirm that the work around works. I had no way to contact NetSuite support since I couldn’t log in to submit a case.
