Personally I'd advise using a third-party scheduling service like calendly.com or similar. I use calendly myself, which automatically integrates with my google calendar, which in turn is integrated into my NetSuite calendar. I'm only using it for myself and a handful of various call types though. Not sure how that same thing would scale to this service calls need.
