Hi, we are investigating the vendor portal in Netsuite. We want our suppliers to fill out a form, which shall be a custom record. I have two questions regarding the vendor portal.
1. How do we customise the dashboard? You can not give an employee the vendor center role, not a copy of that role either. Shall we create a new role?
2. If we give them access to a custom record, they can still press “list” and see all records within that custom record. What is the best way to limit the list to only contain the vendors’ custom records?
