Hi everyone, for raw material do I consider it assembly item or inventory lot item?

logically should be assembly

@Sam-I-Am gotcha, I want to fine tune our categorization, and currently we use inventory lot item as raw material.

Same, we use inventory item, and we also do non lotted since we don't track the lot on raw material, just FG

We use inventory items for RAW, these then become components in our Assembly builds as our finished goods. However we get some part built goods which start as Assembly and are included in finished goods Assembly. Potentially depends on what attributes you need for your RAW items?
