Hi Everyone, I need advice on Order sync for Amazon FBA, because I want to have customer record in Netsuite I noticed they give us an encrypted user email, has anyone been able to work around this?

Technically, they are Amazon's customers, not yours. We set up a customer called Amazon Orders, and set the orders up to have custom addresses.

Ah, gotcha, that is what we are doing currently. We use our own proprietary system to sync and wanted to improve it by having more customer informations.

@Ken we have a customer using NetSuite Connector with Amazon and all customer info is sent to a single customer for Amazon FBA US, CA, UK, EU, etc. Similar to Celigo all cash sales have partial address info as the customer info belongs to Amazon.
