depends on the issues, if it's truly a defect or enhancement then their is no need for ACS support. If their is a need for further support related questions or questions about using the platform then ACS could help. Also that's not the only use case, you can offload other tasks and smaller projects to them. Example: Workflows, Scripts, Forms, etc. At which point it's similar to work with a third party partner and makes a little more sense. If you just need help with training on using the platform then they offer LCS.
