Our users are having issues with 2fa. Say they aren’t receiving codes and are being forced to sign in with their backup codes. Anyone else having auth problems?

Happens time to time with SMS (years of seeing this). NetSuite is ditching SMS 2FA this year. All users will be forced to move to a authenticator type app. No better time than the present to reset these users 2FA and require an app.
