Hello Accounting pros! Question on amortization schedules. Is it possible to create One Account with multiple deferral accounts? It seems that we would have to create a separate account for each expense that may be amortized and point each account to a specific deferral account. Any better way to do this?

I do not think it is necessary to have separate asset accounts configurations wise - but some acct teams want exactly that…. to clarify you can have just one account, do not need to have multiple accounts, again, from the config perspective…. but then your amortizing expenses are on the same expense account…. If this is not the case multiple asset accounts are required
