Hi, What permission does a Role need to be able to view the result of a Saved Search against the Record: "_*Server*_ Script _*Log*_"? It works well for an Administrator but I would like to add the specific permissions to a custom Role. Thanks!
m
Maybe all related permissions of suitescript
m
The Role I'm testing with already has: Setup > SuiteScript > Full Setup > SuiteScript Scheduling > Full But that does not help.
m
Maybe the audience of the script Check is the user can access to this
Or maybe if the owner is not the user , he can’t see the script log
Change the value of the owner for 1 script and test it

In Help Center on "Permissions Documentation" its possible to download an Excel that shows the details about each permission. Here I find a line that say: Setup >> SuiteScript >> View - "Allows usage of the Server Script Log search." But as mentioned before the Role I have tested with has SuiteScript > Full and still can not see any lines at all. The Role can see the Customization > Scripting > Script Execution log that is showing the same data as the Server Script Log.
So the Help Center is not correct.
m
Have you change the owner of the script or not ?
m
I never tested that since there is a group of ten users that need the ability to see errors and not be administrators.
m
Test that if you can for one user

Users cannot make saved searches on server script logs unless they own the script or is an admin. They can however view the logs through either the script record or the execution logs page. Really weird limitation. https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/39660/loc/en_US
