hello everyone. can we make payment using a different currency from bill? Vendor bill is in CNY and we intend to make payment using USD. The reason being is e-wallet is being topped up via USD but vendors bills us in CNY. TIA!

No you can’t do that directly if your base currency is not USD Use a clearing account to pay the bill And after that a bank transfer to CNY clearing account to USD Bank account

If USD is your subsidiary base currency, you can use a USD bank account to pay CNY bill. Otherwise, use a clearing account like Mb said.
