Is anyone having issues with outgoing email from NetSuite? We are unable to send any email messages. I tried a test from "Email Preferences" and it did not complain when i sent a test, BUT, the email never showed up. Thanks.

I recently had a similar issue. Our solution was mailing security team didn't have the NetSuite email/domain as Whitelisted meaning it's not phishy and it's okay to receive emails from them. Once I figured out it was that I asked them to whitelist NetSuite emails and I'm getting them perfectly now. Hopefully this helps in your situation

Yes, exactly. The odd times some emails would go though but quite a few wouldn't. I'd even verify by sending an email from my NetSuite employee record to my outlook. I can see on my employee record under communications that it was sent, but I wouldn't receive it in outlook. After I did the whitelist solution everything now is working 100% with no issues anymore. This was actually last week that we got it fixed
