Does anyone here sell on Amazon Seller Central?

I worked with a client who did. We did an amazon integration with Celigo - I hated the way it worked in general. I can give you more details via PM if you like.

One of my clients does both Seller Central and Vendor Central. We are in the middle of doing integrations for both via Boomi.

I have a client that does FBM on Amazon. We used NetSuite connector, formally FarApp, and it works. DM me if you want more information.

I've setup a few clients using Celigo. It works fairly well. I agree with @KevinJ of Kansas that it has it's downsides and frustrations, but overall it can work. A lot depends on the business requirements and accounting needs, but the actual basics of the order flows are pretty well covered
Cutover has always been an issue as trying to cut over to a "live" integration never lines up with the way most people account for orders from Amazon. Usually I've seen people do uploads monthly or every two weeks to account for orders so switching from that to "realtime" orders is always a tough switch

We sell primarily on Amazon (on our eCommerce side). Using NetSuite Connector and it's been solid.

We are looking for creative ways to identify individual item profitability - while still taking bulk charges like subscription fees, inbound shipments, brand v item advertising, etc...into consideration

We ended up building a margin system in NetSuite that showed our costs from factory to end-user shipment along with return rages, shipping rates, etc. Took a while to build, as you can imagine. We combine that gross margin data with Amazon ad cost data in NSAW, joining on the ASIN (which we store on the item record in NS).
