Looking to automate emails to customer based on upcoming expiration dates of renewals/ future year invoices. Ideally an email would go out x days from renewal/invoice and than follow up on some sequence. Has anyone used NetSuite to do this? We also leverage HubSpot and have used that for sequences but not in this way.

you can look into dunning module. Otherwise use a combination of saved searches and scheduled workflow to do this shouldnt be that difficult
