we have an employee who is based out of Singapore (we are a us company). When we try to enter in their number as +65 xxxx xxxx it comes out as (65X) xxx-xxxx. I am pretty sure the reason is because it is 10 digits and thinks its a use number but i thought by adding the + at the end it would not do this. How can I have it show as an international number?

mine defaults to (656)332-3659. I also changed the phone format in the company setup -> gen preferences section and unchecked allow override but still defaults to the us format. on any other number where there is not 10 digits it works fine.
