Kind of a Celigo question here, but hoping someone might be able to give some insight. I need to do some testing between Shopify PROD and NetSuite Sandbox so my internal teams can visualize the results of bringing in Shopify orders and reconciling payments with live PROD orders. I know you cannot change the connections in the Shopify Integration App in Celigo after you install it so I would need to set up the App with the PROD > Sandbox connetions then uninstall the app and re-install using the PROD > PROD connection when we are ready to Go live. Has anyone done this? Are there any negative consequences of diong this? TIA

Hi @nsAI. I have done this a couple of times in the past, and it is ok there shouldn't be any risk.

If your sandbox is very current and refreshed to prod, then you can also add a new netsuite connection to the IA, go to the flow in question and swap the connection on the flow to use the new connection you made. It needs to be a current refresh though because all the IDs and settings made within the IA are built to the NS connection that you can't change.

@Tyler Lamparter I just had the IA provisioned in my Celigo PROD so I would complete the install process betweeen Shopify PROD and NetSuite PROD and do all the config/setup? THen do a Sandbox Refresh? Then add the connection and change the connection in the 1 or 2 flows I need to test?
