I have a user who has tried to use the Customize button on the Deposit screen, and none of the changes take - neither additional columns or filters selected will display after saving. If I log in using the same role as her, I can customize the screen just fine. Any idea why her customization isn't working?

May need some more info - do you mean the Page: Deposits with the Customize View button?

Hmmm that is interesting, since it works like the Customize View but is a little different... and refreshing the page after she customizes it does not show the filters/columns either?

Correct. I thought it was somehow the role, but me in the same role, the changes work and are immediate.

No global permissions between you and her that might be related? The last thing I can think of 😩

Is it possible to give a third person the role and have them test? Could narrow down if it's only your user that is able to, or her user that is unable to

we've got others in the role, I'll ask them to check their screens

I don't know why I feel like it could be a Set Preferences issue, but there is nothing that I'm looking at that I feel would be related

Absolutely works for someone else in the same role! Both those users have ONLY that role, so there's no difference there, neither have any global permissions.

HMMMMM.... crazy thought that could be totally off base, could she try logging in on a different browser and seeing if it updates there? I have had one instance where someone using Google Chrome was getting funky issues, and we switched them to Firefox and it solved it
And if that doesn't do anything.... might be a NS ticket if no one else here has any ideas
